Dim Sum & Durian Outing to Geylang with BFF!! :)

We met up for a durian and dim sum escapade at Geylang. It was fun meeting up with my BFFs, BFFs's bf and Alan went with me as well! We indulged in the aromatic fragrance of the durians. Too bad Cindy wasn't able to appreciate the fragrance as much as we do, as she is an anti-durian woman. We tried to entice her with the durians but it only disgusts her even more =P.

After having dim sum, we went to the nearby fruit store that sell alot of durian! Personally I am neutral with eating durian, but Alan loves it alot! Durian nowadays are selling at quite a cheap price but it doesn't taste as good as before. As you can see, now we don't really have any durian season becuase you are able to purchase durians anytime which it is not attractive for us to buy anymore.

After all our fun-filled activities, we head back to Aljunied MRT to take a train home. To our disappointment, we did not see any 'pok pok kay' (HEHE!) around the area, as we had wanted to see they method they used to hook their customers. While on the train home, Yanping did a innocent face which is damn funny lar! Beware and behold of the picture below:

Hort Park Outing with BFF :)

Went to Hort Park with Bffs, had a fun and eventful day as we cracked jokes and laughter together. It's been long since the last time I engage in this kind of leisure walk around the park. My last of such trip was to the Botanic Garden for my Exploring Photography class with Lebbillie and friends which happened like 7 months ago (wow! that was so-long ago). As Hort Park is quite new, there were not much facility, mainly flowers, plants, grasses and more flowers!Hort Park!

As the weather is too hot, we settle ourselves down at a showroom which we called it "Hui Fung's house" and started doing nonsensical stuffs there.

Mz's Pre NS Enlistment Outing

Our 'tower of destruction' at Esplanade, Meng Zhong, is going to serve the Nation. He was quite reluctant to leave us, as he will be unable to work with us during his 2 years in National Service. Therefore, we decided to organize one more outing to commenmorate his existence as the tallest usher at Esplanade. We reached the KTV outlet before the rest even though we got lost!

After the KTV, we went for dinner at an Industrial area in Toa Payoh, as recommended by Alvin. The place was pretty deserted but the food was not bad and the price was reasonable. Yahui and Yuyan joined us for dinner as well.

It was a pretty successful outing, as the turnout was great! Even though it was hard to get everyone together, since we were all busy with our own school or work, everyone made an effort to be present at this farewell part for Meng Zhong.
